Welcome to WAV PT, where we offer holistic physical therapy, boutique fitness and wellness in San Clemente, CA.
While our doors are closed during the COVID-19 social distancing practices (see our video message from owner and Doctor of Physical Therapy, Scott Parrish, below), we are staying connected with our current clients and encouraging those
who haven't seen us in a while or those who have been meaning or wanting to work with us to join us.
Try something different with us. As experts in movement and rehabilitation, we have combined experience of over 50 years.
We are offering free online virtual consultations as well as donation based classes and private appointments to all.
Whatever we can do to support each other during this difficult time, we are in!
If you have a medical emergency where you need to see Dr. Parrish, please do not hesitate to contact us.
He will personally call you back as soon as possible to determine the best plan of action.
While we are officially not seeing clients in the clinic during this time, Physical Therapy is still considered an essential service
so we do have the option to see you in person if absolutely needed. We will assess on a case by case basis.

Morning Movement

This is a safe wonderful way to gently move through the fundamentals of core connection, spinal mobility, flexibility, and overall strength. Each session includes breathwork to assist in stress relief and overall calmness. Benefits include improved posture, balance, coordination, strength, and endurance. This exercise program can be done by sitting on a stool/chair or in a wheel chair so it is accessible to all that wish to participate.
GYROTONIC® Homework Series

This class will explore the principles and fundamentals of the Gyrotonic Method with attention on the 'Homework Series' and spinal motions, as well as refine sequences we usually execute with the support and resistance on the Pulley Tower Equipment. We will help you to build stability, strength confidence for when we return to the equipment at re-opening!

These open level classes are a safe, wonderful way to gently move through the fundamentals of core connection, spinal mobility and decompression, flexibility, and overall strength while opening energetic pathways in our bodies. The corresponding breath work also provides our nervous system a little boost, and we all need stress relief and finding our inner calm. Benefits include improved posture, balance, coordination, strength, endurance and an overall sense of well being.
